Weekend Challenge is this….beginners are gonna have to clock in a 3km walk and advanced people have to give me 6km. It will be a great calorie burn this weekend and if you can run any of it…GREAT!!! Don’t forget to stretch.

Do your weight training today using any kind of unstable surface to attack your core, or just stand on one leg for balance.

 

Squat/Overhead Press

Today’s Challenge is combining upper body and lower body movements together to burn more calories. You are doing 100 Squat/Overhead Presses. Holding hand weights, if you have them, do a LOW squat and when you stand up, do a military press. This is a great POWER move.
